LITTLE CHARMS personalized products are custom made to order by a great hard work and attention to detail. Each product is made with lots of love , hence we need a minimum of 2-3 weeks manufacturing time for its execution. Shipping days are beyond these with 3 -5 business days being the minimum for domestic orders. For any lesser timeline required , please contact email@example.com for the possibility. Little Charms is not responsible for any loss or damage of products occurred during shipping of parcels. Upon receiving customer is suggested to count the number of pieces and mention any loss or damaged parcel in the receiving document from the courier guy. We are not in any way responsible for any losses on account of any courier party and hence any product ordered in lieu of the loss will be considered as a new order. Customers if have any preference for a particular courier company may suggest so. We can send their courier through that company. We don't have any commission or percentage in shipping charges. It constitutes solely of charges depending on parcel weight/size, fuel surcharge and service tax levied by the courier company. We use the services of DTDC for domestic shipments.

Still If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason within our control, please do not hesitate to contact us within 2 days of receiving of products at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will figure out the best possible solution. If an error is made by LITTLE CHARMS, in typos, please accept our sincere apology and we will reprint and replace your order at no additional cost to you. We ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging to us so that we can quickly process your exchange. This courier charges for the return will be borne by the customer. Authorization must be attained prior to exchanges.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to allow returns based on customer input errors . Please be sure to carefully review the personalized text and details you input during the ordering process. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Past 24 hours of order placement, we are unable to cancel or refund your order as it is already in process.The amount paid will be refunded to your bank account in 3-4 working days.
